If we request information, your details are used to fulfil your order request or enquiry in the most appropriate manner. Roberts Music may use information that you provide as part of our effort to keep you informed of business updates, special offers, or services. We recognise and appreciate the importance of responsible use of this information. Roberts Music does not provide your information to anybody outside our organisation.
You can opt for standard or express post within Australia for smaller items. Harps are always delivered via Express Post which includes tracking number and signature on delivery. If orders are processed online with incorrect shipping charge, the difference will be invoiced separately (or refunded). Orders are processed only when payment is received in full. Please refer to the Australia Post website for expected delivery times.
Price quoted include flat rate on express shipping Internationally (usually arrives within 10 business days from shipment date), with tracking number and insurance, for 1 x harp or harp package (without Australian taxes). For smaller orders (or when ordering more than 1 harp) please select 'Request Shipping Quote' and then the 'Offline Payment' option at checkout. If orders are processed online with incorrect shipping options selected, the difference will be invoiced separately (or refunded). Orders processed when payment is received in full.
The website allows customers to gauge the cost conversion for their region but is indicative only. The price will be processed in Australian dollars at checkout and converted at rates officiated by your bank.
Australian residents who prefer Electronic Funds Transfer can opt for 'Offline Payment' at checkout, however this method takes longer to process.
International customers can opt for a personalised quote/invoice via 'Offline Payment' with with exact postage included.
Disregard the automated invoice from our website and wait for a personalised quote/invoice with banking details from email@example.com.

Your individually crafted Reverie Harp will be posted as soon as possible (within 4 weeks). Please allow additional shipping time, from Australia. You will be notified if delays are expected on your order.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Any faulty merchandise will of course be replaced. I want my customers to be completely happy.
